Choose a Class
You are welcome to do both classes a week to build up your strength and endurance. Both options
give you a weekly recording that you can access as many times as you like for 7 days.
MONDAY CLASS
Beginner, rusty and returning to pilates, low back ache
This class is 30mins with a warm up in standing or lying down, whole body strength exercises on the mat in all the positions and a cool down. You’ll be guided at a slow pace to ensure you set yourself up correctly and engage your core. It you’d like to know more about the pilates foundations (posture, breath work & core activation) sign up for the Rehab to Fitness Program for a month.

FRIDAY CLASS
Intermediate, pilates experience, no conditions (low back pain etc)
This class is 30mins at a faster pace with more challenging exercises with a warm up in standing or lying down, strength exercises for the whole body and a cool down. It requires a good understanding of the pilates foundations and experience. If you have experience and a condition you manage (osteoporosis, scoliosis) book a 30min online assessment before joining the class here.
