FRIDAY CLASS
Mixed level, some pilates experience, no conditions
This class is 30mins, with a warm up, strength exercises for the whole body and a cool down. All fitness levels will be accommodated with a range of exercise levels. Pilates rehab exercises create a stable, strong body that is pain and injury-free. The pilates foundations can be mastered well by signing up to the Rehab to Fitness Program for a month. If you have a condition you manage (osteoporosis, low back pain, scoliosis, hyper-mobility etc) book a 30min online assessment before joining the class here.
