Service Description
The theme for this course is whole body strength using small equipment. This class has a loyal attendance by regulars, is very welcoming and is aimed at those wanting a slower pace. You will be challenged just as much as the other classes! It is the morning wake up class to start your day feeling stronger, more supple and lengthened. There is an end of the month coffee catch up at Pierreponts. These courses (4-8 weeks long) run throughout the year with a different theme to make them fun, varied and challenging. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility. Whether you have a condition (low back pain, arthritis, hyper flexibility, post injury) or not you'll receive hands-on correction and modifications with only 8 in a class.
