Service Description
The theme for this course is whole body strength using small equipment. This class only runs during Term-Time and is attended by those wanting to squeeze in some exercise in a lunch break. Classes move at a faster pace. Ideal for anyone without conditions who want to improve strength, balance and fleixbility. You'll progress from Beginner level exercises Week 1 to Intermediate level every course, creating a safe and effective way of improving strength, balance and flexibility.
