1:1 Pilates
These classes are for those with specific requirements or those who prefer one-to-one guidance. The session format and exercises given are tailored to suit your individual needs and objectives. After a couple of sessions, you can have a video of specific exercises for you to follow at home between sessions. This will increase your progression. The sessions are on the mat, using small equipment.

Vanessa has experience in developing pilates programs for a variety of people with specific medical problems such as osteoporosis and breast cancer.
