The Rehab to Fitness Program
Master the three pillars of optimal movement with this program: Strong Foundations (good posture, breathing, core activation, mobility), Core Stability (stable central “core” in static and dynamic movement to support your spine) and Core Strength (strengthening the outer core to support our day-to-day functional movements).

STRONG FOUNDATIONS
4 weeks of better posture, breathing, centering & mobility
Master this phase and you'll enjoy getting so much more out of your pilates classes. Requires control and precision.
Equipment: Head cushions (small, large) or towels, mat, soft pilates ball or toilet roll, small towels under palms for arthritic wrists, resistance band or scarf.
CORE STABILITY
5 weeks of creating a strong, stable central core
Build on your strong foundations with classes to stabilise your spine. Learn to move effortlessly by keeping a neutral pelvis in all positions.
Equipment: Head cushions, mat, resistance band or scarf
CORE STRENGTH
3 weeks of increasing the exercise intensity
These classes are ideal when you are ready for intermediate level exercises. No pain or dysfunction.
